KALI

As of April 28, 2025, the old Kali Linux archive signing key has been retired. All Kali distributions released prior to this date will experience "apt update" failures due to missing key verification. To restore normal update functionality, manually install the new signing key. This fix applies to all Kali installations (bare metal, VM, WSL, Docker, etc.) made before April 28, 2025.
