encrypted protocol traffic such as HTTPS are impossible to decrypt w/o the encryption/decryption key pairs. although the actual URL address and data returned from the server will not be fully visible, analysts investigating encrypted web traffic can still extract valuable metadata to detect anomalies or malicious activities.
